How much does a traditional buyer agent cost you?

In a traditional real estate transaction, a buyer agent is typically paid 3% of the purchase price—regardless of how much time they spend assisting you. They keep the full 3% and do not credit any of it back to you.

For example, on a $500,000 home, you’re effectively paying $15,000 for their services—whether they worked 5 hours or 50.

Buying a New House From a Builder?

I'll give you at least half of what the builder pays me!

That means thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars to help you buy.

Important - To get thousands of dollars from me towards a new build, you must contact me before visiting any builders. Otherwise, the builder will not share the offered agent commissions with you and add it to their profits.
