  • Get your house inspected before it hits the market and share all reports and details about your property. 

  • Be the seller you would want to buy from. 


2. Your property needs its own website: 


Of course, your property website should have the basics but the key is having a property website that gives buyers the ability to:


  • View all recent inspection reports

  • View a Comparative Market Analysis, also known as a CMA, to justify your asking price

  • The ability for buyers to schedule showings with the agent you hired to sell the property

  • And the ability for buyers to view and make offers. 


3. Find a Forward-Thinking Listing Agent who puts your best interest first: 


  • An agent that doesn’t negotiate with you to pay two commissions, theirs and a buyer agent. 

  • An agent that will be present for all buyer showings. After all, you're hiring an agent to sell your property, they should be there to sell it. 

  • Lastly, the agent you hire needs to be one that doesn’t follow the over complicated, greedy, outdated traditional method that costs you tens of thousands more than it should.
